Golden Reserve is seeking an experienced Regional Client Administrator (RCA) to support office locations and clients in the Cincinnati area. This role combines the responsibilities of a Receptionist and an Office Manager. It is a crucial part of the sales and operational teams, responsible for all incoming and outbound client communication, managing internal operational aspects of the office(s), maintaining the client filing system, and providing exceptional customer service. The RCA is the first impression and the primary point of contact for all client communications.
