About The Position

Golden Reserve is seeking an experienced Regional Client Administrator (RCA) to support office locations and clients in the Cincinnati area. This role combines the responsibilities of a Receptionist and an Office Manager. It is a crucial part of the sales and operational teams, responsible for all incoming and outbound client communication, managing internal operational aspects of the office(s), maintaining the client filing system, and providing exceptional customer service. The RCA is the first impression and the primary point of contact for all client communications. Golden Reserve is a fast-growing financial services company known for its innovative approach, monthly seminars, and weekly TV & Radio Shows across Ohio.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years+ of administrative support experience (must include phone support).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (including Teams).
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading and communication soft skills.
  • GRIT – accountability, ownership, problem-solving, and toughness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming and outbound client communication and correspondence (phones, digital and traditional postage).
  • Manage all internal operational aspects of the region’s office(s) (inventory and client experience).
  • Maintain the client filing system.
  • Provide world-class custom service.
  • Support monthly seminars and weekly TV & Radio Shows.
  • Ensure the sales team is supported.
  • Maintain operational excellence and appearance of office location(s).
  • Ensure offices have all necessary items to deliver a world-class client experience.
