PathPoint, a leading provider of support services that empower individuals with disabilities, mental illness, and other disadvantages to be valued members of our community, is seeking an Office Manager/HR Assistant to join our Kern division. In this role, you will oversee all administrative processes for our office in Kern County. You'll also be the local Human Resources representative for over 80 staff and help them with day-to-day HR needs. No two days are the same in this role, and we are looking for someone who is highly organized, resourceful, adaptable, self-directed, and great with time management. The pay range is $21.50-$23.50 an hour (subject to change based on a variety of factors).
