About The Position

Triune Financial Partners, LLC (Triune) is a purpose driven, faith-based organization located in Overland Park, KS. We are an independent, SEC registered RIA firm and a fiduciary. Our services include financial life planning, wealth management and retirement plan services. We have 25 associates and serve 800+ private clients and 130+ workplace retirement plans. Triune is seeking an experienced HR/Office Manager This position is extremely hands-on, which requires taking a proactive role in creating a healthy and productive work environment by managing our firm’s Associates in alignment with our Core Values. The HR/Office Manager will report to Triune’s Director of Operations and will work closely with the Managing Partner. This role will have significant direct interaction with Associates throughout the firm.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to interact with Staff, Partners, Clients, and Vendors
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible, easily adapts to changing office needs
  • Ability to work through interruptions and prioritize work
  • 5-years’ experience managing, leading, hiring and leading challenging HR conversations
  • Onsite during normal business hours. M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR issues that arise within the firm
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including facility maintenance and vendor relationships
  • Responsible for Staff recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and terminating processes
  • Responsible for running Associate annual reviews
  • Employee benefits management in coordination with Accounting Manager
  • Organize and maintain all personnel records
  • Maintain a safe and pleasant work environment by enforcing office policies
  • Supervise Director of First Impressions and all this role’s responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies and equipment orders
  • Organize company events
  • Arranging travel for company events in coordination with Accounting Manager
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner and Director of Operations
