Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Office Manager/Executive Assistant located in Dallas, TX. Reporting to the General Manager, the Office Manager/Executive Assistant will be responsible for overseeing office operations, providing executive support, and managing administrative and facilities services to ensure a professional, efficient, and well-organized workplace.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in office management, executive support, or similar role (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, operational setting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing vendors and service providers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, meeting rooms, and shared resources
  • Manage receptionist and front desk experience, ensuring professional visitor engagement
  • Maintain office systems, supplies, and administrative processes
  • Provide direct administrative support to site leadership (calendar, meetings, communications)
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, presentations, and site-level communications
  • Support planning and execution of leadership events and reviews
  • Own end-to-end visitor management for customers, audits, and leadership visits
  • Coordinate logistics, site access, and cross-functional alignment for tours and events
  • Manage custodial staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Conduct routine inspections of office and common areas
  • Partner with Facilities/Safety to maintain a safe, organized, and compliant workplace
  • Manage site branding to ensure alignment with corporate standards
  • Project manage office and facility branding enhancements and improvements
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee experience and site professionalism
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and administrative coordination
  • Support site initiatives and continuous improvement projects
