About The Position

This role combines Executive Assistant functions with Office Management responsibilities. The Executive Assistant functions include managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, coordinating travel, booking flights and hotels, managing expense reports, acting as a first point of contact, screening calls, managing correspondence with discretion, formatting information for communication, preparing memos, reports, and PowerPoint presentations, preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and conducting follow-ups on action items. The Office Manager functions include overseeing daily office logistics, managing supply inventory, vendor management (copiers, printers, catering), mail distribution, acting as a liaison with building management for maintenance, office temperature, and cleaning, planning company events, team meetings, fostering a positive work environment, and assisting with IT needs including office equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritize projects simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suites & MS Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
