About The Position

Flint is an agentic platform that ships pages from your brand and ad campaigns. AI doesn't replace marketers. It removes the work that should never have been theirs: building a one-off landing page for every keyword, every campaign change, every A/B test, then waiting on design and engineering to do it. Today we deliver on-brand pages on your own domain in minutes, with no rebuilds and no engineers. We're backed by Accel, Sheryl Sandberg (former Meta COO)'s venture fund SBVP, and Neo. The vision Sandberg instantly understood Flint's vision. "I was sharing how it took (me) five teams three months to build one A/B test just to increase conversion by 10% on our Google ad," Lim said. "And then she stopped me, [and] said, 'Michelle, it was 140 people at Meta who had to do this'." — TechCrunch Imagine a website that builds new pages, tests creative, and optimizes performance in response to real-world signals: competitive shifts, user behavior, trending search queries, the way an autonomous vehicle responds to road conditions and traffic. The marketer still owns the work that compounds and the work that requires taste: strategy, audience, creative direction, brand judgment. Flint takes the manual production off their plate so they get those hours back.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years in office management, people ops, recruiting coordination, or a similarly broad role at a startup
  • You default to writing things down. SOPs, runbooks, and checklists are how you scale yourself
  • You're fluent with modern tools: Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, an ATS like Ashby, payroll and benefits platforms
  • You move fast and finish. You'd rather ship a v1 today than a v3 next week
  • You write well enough to send a candidate note or a vendor brief without hand-holding
  • You're in SF or moving here. We work from the office

Nice To Haves

  • You've used AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Relay, Zapier) to automate real work, not just experiment
  • You've set up payroll or benefits from scratch, or cleaned up a mess someone left behind
  • You've run an office move or a company offsite end to end
  • You read context well. You know when to ask, when to decide, and when to just handle it

Responsibilities

  • Run the office day to day: supplies, snacks, mail, repairs, the cleaning vendor, and the lease relationship
  • Work the front desk. Greet whoever walks in, and keep packages and mail from piling up
  • Set the tone of the space. You're the reason the office feels calm on a normal day and handled on a chaotic one. You'll know everyone's name and clock when something's off before they do
  • Own the office move once the new lease is signed. Coordinate design, vendors, build-out, and Zoom room setup
  • Run payroll and own benefits admin. Every new hire set up, every change landing on time
  • Onboard new hires (laptops, accounts, software access, a first day that feels handled) and off-board cleanly when people leave
  • Keep recruiting moving. Schedule interviews end to end, manage candidate communication, run work-trial logistics, and keep Ashby clean
  • Run in-person events: founder dinners, partner events, member sessions. Source venues, catering, AV, and swag, and own day-of execution
  • Write the SOPs so the next person can run any of this without you in the room

Benefits

  • 20 PTO days a year
  • Full health benefits
  • Lunch and a fully stocked snack bar at the office, incl. Cometeer coffee pods
  • Dog friendly
