About The Position

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a proactive and service-driven Office Manager 1 to support one of our prestigious, high-profile tech clients in Tempe, AZ. This role is critical to maintaining a seamless workplace experience in a 24/7 environment, ensuring employees arriving at all hours feel supported, safe, and set up for success. As an essential overnight leader, you will help keep operations running smoothly while creating a welcoming, well-managed environment.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate systems and ticketing tools
  • Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working overnight shifts and weekends
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee badging and access needs
  • Provide responsive, high-quality support during overnight hours
  • Oversee facilities ticket requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Serve as the on-site liaison for building-related concerns
  • Maintain and stock the on-site micro-kitchen with snacks and beverages
  • Deliver light food & beverage support to enhance the employee experience
  • Partner with facilities, janitorial, and events teams to ensure a clean, organized, and functional space
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep the workplace running efficiently
  • Lead and support 2 Workplace Coordinators, fostering accountability and service excellence
