About The Position

Sphinx is seeking Office Management/Staff Officers – Skill Level 3 to support our clients Human Development mission. We are hiring for multiple positions across three functional areas: Foreign Language Programs, Office & Staff Management, and Human Resources & Recruiting. These roles contribute to workforce initiatives, program operations, communications, records and task management, and other Human Development activities. Candidates will be considered for the functional area that best aligns with their qualifications.

Requirements

  • 6+ months using DTS and SharePoint
  • 12+ months managing formal taskers
  • 12+ months managing records in accordance with NARA requirements
  • 12+ months writing staff summaries and reports; creating and refining complex PowerPoint briefings
  • 12+ months working within the Intelligence Community
  • 12+ months directly supporting senior leaders (General/Flag Officer, SES, or corporate equivalent)
  • 24+ months using SharePoint and electronic publishing applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in Human Resources or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Level 1 foreign-language proficiency under the DLPT and familiarity with Human Language Technology tools.
  • 24+ months working within the Intelligence Community.
  • Knowledge of systems such as SharePoint and PeopleSoft; advanced education in Human Resources or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, training, calendars, travel, and program activities.
  • Manage taskers, correspondence, records, personnel actions, and administrative requirements.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, staff summaries, meeting materials, and professional correspondence.
  • Maintain program and personnel information using PeopleSoft, SharePoint, and other systems.
  • Coordinate with other office locations, DoD, Intelligence Community partners, leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Research, analyze, and organize information to improve processes and meet program and workforce requirements.
  • Coordinate foreign-language testing and training activities, including DLPT/OPI administration, testing records, proficiency pay actions, course facilitation, and related workforce programs.
  • Manage day-to-day office and program operations, including records, taskers, meetings, correspondence, briefings, Career Service activities, and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate recruiting and hiring activities, applicant and pipeline management, HR documentation, career service coordination, and human capital processes.
