About The Position

Avita Health System is proud to serve the communities of Crawford and Richland counties through three hospitals and numerous clinic locations. Their mission is to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to the people who depend on them. They are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Health Services Department in Galion, Ohio. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing the nursing care of patients within the physician clinic under the supervision of a physician or Allied Health Provider (CNP/PA). The LPN will also participate in patient and family teaching, maintain a role as a patient advocate with a focus on the facility’s mission, and provide coordination to the clinical staff regarding patient flow and clinical operations as directed by the physician.

Requirements

Current Licensed Practical Nurse in State of Ohio.
Current BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

Two (2) or more years of previous experience in a physician office.

Responsibilities
