About The Position

This is a full-time position where the Office Lead Customer Service Teammate will be the advocate for guests, consistently meeting their expectations by providing a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience. The role requires projecting a professional demeanor and maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times. The Teammate will assist the Guest Service Supervisor in overseeing the Guest Service area, accurately processing all guest transactions, and maintaining the security of the Guest Service area.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must be reliable.
  • Must show a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Basic Math skills.
  • 6-12 months of related experience.
  • Basic Literacy.
  • Basic Computer Skills.
  • Satisfactory Performance Evaluations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, make eye contact, and "Thank" each guest that you service.
  • Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guest expectations.
  • Project a professional manner in accordance with the dress code and personal grooming policy.
  • Work in a safe manner and maintain a neat and clean work area at all times in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Assistant Customer Service Team Leader - Office in the supervision of the Guest Service area.
  • Assist the Assistant Customer Service Team Leader - Office with daily cash and sales activities.
  • Train and coach Guest Service teammates to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for guests.
  • Accurately process all guest transactions including but not limited to check cashing, bill payment, ATM transactions, Lottery, and Western Union.
  • Ensure that the Guest Service area and related items are properly secured while working and at the end of each shift.
  • Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
