About The Position

Summary: Monitors and coordinates the work of office assistant staff. Provides routine clerical and administrative support by answering telephones, processing data and maintaining records. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operates office machines. Prepares outgoing mail. Composes, types and edits correspondence, reports, memoranda and other material. Maintains an accurate, complete filing system to facilitate immediate retrieval of any required documents. Answers basic questions and provides guidance on office procedures. Assists with the onboarding and training of office assistant associates. Performs other duties as assigned. 10 Key data entry Work with purchasing to assist with accurate recording of inventory in the software.   • Previous data entry experience required.
  • Maintains accurate, orderly work processes and ensures tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
