This entry-level opportunity is for people who are ready to turn the skills they've built in retail, hospitality, food service, delivery services, warehouse operations or another fast-paced environment into a long-term career. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software
• Strong communication

• Positive, learning-focused attitude

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment such as retail, hospitality, food service, delivery services or warehouse operations
• Previous experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel or Word

Responsibilities

• Provide professional phone service to clients and internal teams
• Enter, review and organize loan information and documents within our systems
• Meet daily quality and production goals
