About The Position

We are seeking a Temporary Office Intern to support our team during an upcoming office relocation. This short-term position will assist with organizing, packing, labeling, inventory tracking, and coordinating office materials and supplies before, during, and after the move. Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move boxes and office materials as needed
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist with packing and unpacking office equipment, files, and supplies
  • Label and organize boxes and workspaces
  • Help maintain inventory of office furniture, equipment, and materials
  • Coordinate with team members and vendors to support move-related activities
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
  • Assist with setting up workstations and common areas in the new office location
