About The Position

We are seeking a talented and driven Office Interiors Designer to join our growing team. This is not a traditional studio-only design role — it is a fast-paced, client-facing position where design directly influences project success, client experience, and business growth. Requirements

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 3+ years of commercial interiors experience preferred
  • Experience within a commercial furniture dealership strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of workplace environments and commercial interiors
  • Proficiency in CET Designer strongly preferred
  • Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with Project Spec and CAP 2020 Worksheet is a plus
  • Strong presentation, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to balance conceptual thinking with detailed execution
  • Self-starter with strong accountability and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Workplace Solutions Managers and clients to understand project goals, workflows, and space requirements
  • Translate client needs into functional, future-ready workplace solutions
  • Develop responsive space plans aligned with budgets, schedules, and operational objectives
  • Create 2D and 3D drawings using CET and related design platforms
  • Research, evaluate, and specify commercial furniture solutions
  • Prepare finish palettes, furniture specifications, and product alternatives
  • Develop polished client presentations including PowerPoint decks, finish boards, and budgets
  • Generate accurate specifications and pricing documentation
  • Support installation planning and coordination with Project Managers and vendors
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and field verification as needed
  • Contribute strategic design insight to support competitive project positioning
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, and vendor partners
