We are looking for a dynamic Office Coordinator to join our team! The Office Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, day-to-day operation of the corporate headquarters while providing high-quality support to employees, guests, and leadership. This position is responsible for office operations, facilities coordination, administrative support, and assistance with company-wide meetings and events. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and a service-oriented mindset. Given the nature and scope of the responsibilities, this role is exclusively based at the corporate headquarters in Tysons, VA.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional office environment providing administrative support
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees, visitors, and vendors
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with office software and basic office technology

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary on-site point of contact for employees and visitors, fostering a professional, welcoming, and well-organized office environment
  • Support the smooth daily operation of the headquarters office by coordinating access, facilities, and shared resources
  • Manage office access and logistics, including badges, fobs, parking validations, and assigned garage spaces
  • Ensure the office is consistently well-stocked and functional by overseeing supplies, refreshments, and shared spaces.
  • Coordinate facility services and maintenance requests, including cleaning and building support, to maintain an efficient and comfortable workplace
  • Reserve, prepare, and manage conference rooms and tenant lounges to support meetings, collaboration, and events
  • Provide administrative and operational support such as mail distribution, document shredding coordination, storage organization, and business card management
  • Support employee onboarding by preparing and distributing new-hire welcome packages
  • Assist with or lead planning, logistics, setup, and on-site support for office meetings, company events, and special gatherings
