About The Position

The Office Coordinator ensures the smooth daily operation of the corporate headquarters by overseeing administrative procedures and facility management. As the first point of contact for our company, the Office Coordinator plays a key role in making a positive impression on our visitors and providing essential support across the organization.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2 years of experience in administrative support required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office equipment.
  • Customer focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Minnesota e-Notary is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, welcome, and direct guests, clients, and vendors to the appropriate person or office. Ensure all security requirements for visitors are met.
  • Appropriately route/respond website and email inquiries.
  • Perform clerical duties like filing, scanning, photocopying, and faxing. Handle conference meeting services.
  • Ensure facility, including all furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E) are clean and serviced and operational to meet business needs.
  • Order, store, and distribute office supplies and equipment.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
