The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is seeking to hire an Office Coordinator for the Office of Land Management. This position will act as a liaison and maintain records and files for all sites and satellites; orally or in writing, explains procedures, rules and regulations, and/or services to contractors, vendors, other parks, and the public; gathers information and prepares documents and reports; will maintain holiday and work schedules; make independent decisions on the release of confidential information; prepare documents and reports for hunting, fishing, and recreational programs such as blind cards or permits including activity, metal detecting, hunting and research; provide guidance to staff regarding various software applications and computer system operations; and maintain filing system on site correspondence, forms, legal documents, maps, financial records, and property control.
