About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a sleek and professional workspace image within our office space
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant office/personnel
  • Utilize office amenities to coordinate events with various visitors and/or customers
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks in the office
  • Coordinate with involved parties to ensure that all aspects of an event run smoothly
  • Organize, restock and order supplies for common areas as needed
  • Review, approve and submit invoices
  • Schedule outside vendors for various office needs
  • Act as point of contact for office vendors and suppliers
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned
