As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Office Administrator to support our daily operations and help keep our office running smoothly. Day in the Life As an Office Administrator, you will be a key part of our Lake City office team. You’ll support office operations, assist customers, and work closely with our technicians and leadership team to ensure efficiency and professionalism throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or office operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and desire to grow with a fast‑paced company
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Have the determination to succeed and grow with the company
  • Have a clean driving record
  • Be able to pass a drug test and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and office software (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and general office operations
  • Assist with scheduling service appointments and coordinating technician dispatch
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
  • Enter payments and maintain accurate customer and business records
  • Process work orders, billing, and documentation
  • Support internal teams with reports, communication, and administrative needs
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
