We are looking for an Office Coordinator with 2-3 years of office administration and/or management experience who can hit the ground running from day one. This is a plug-and-play role for someone who already knows the ropes — no learning curve, no hand-holding. You will be responsible for keeping our Miami office running smoothly. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coconut Grove, FL.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on office administration and/or management experience — this is a plug-and-play role requiring immediate impact
  • Written and verbal English/Spanish native fluency
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills — able to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Sound judgment and decision-making within established procedures and systems
  • Self-starter with a high energy level and a proactive mindset
  • Able to navigate multiple personalities and manage diverse stakeholder needs across all US office locations
  • Proactive problem-solver: if you see something that needs handling, you take ownership without waiting to be asked
  • Process improvement mindset: comfortable creating new systems and workflows to streamline operations and increase efficiency
