We are seeking a professional who is detail-oriented, energetic, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Business with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years of proven secretarial/administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support executive leadership by handling routine administrative matters independently.
  • Screen and manage phone calls, visitors, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain corporate, client, governmental, and confidential files.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and presentations.
  • Coordinate corporate meetings, office activities, and staff itineraries.
  • Organize incoming mail and distribute information as appropriate
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary information.
  • Continually seek ways to improve office efficiency and workflow.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
