About The Position

The Office Coordinator manages day‑to‑day studio operations; acting as the primary contact for external maintenance vendors (cleaning, pest control, facility repairs, etc), handling international logistics and incoming shipments, and maintaining inventory for employee common areas and office supplies. This role opens and tracks purchase orders, consolidates and monitors departmental spending to support budget oversight, and coordinates ordering for uniforms and operational essentials. You will partner with local HR to plan and host team engagement activities, maintain clear communication with employees, management, and vendors. You will also provide on‑site administrative support across back‑of‑house and monitored live‑stream studio environments to ensure compliance with studio policies. Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining non‑confidential operational records, disseminating policy updates, assisting with special projects, and upholding smooth studio operations. 25% local travel required.

Requirements

  • Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a valid Michigan Gaming License.
  • Must successfully pass all required pre-employment background checks and regulatory screenings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in office coordination, administrative support, or facility assistant role.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and electronic mail.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • High accuracy, strong decision-making capabilities, and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment (printers, copiers, multi-line phones).
  • Ability to work in an office-based environment within a live-streaming facility during standard office hours.
  • Visual capacity for using computer equipment, reading manuals, and performing detailed work.
  • Ability to navigate and work within diverse environments, including monitored live streaming studio floors and back-of-the-house areas.

Nice To Haves

  • Some college preferred.
  • Experience within a corporate or fast-paced studio environment is a plus.
