This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week in our Southfield, MI corporate home office. Lead the Branch & Concierge Services team in delivering exceptional client service by overseeing the development and execution of operational processes, systems, and infrastructure. Ensure the timely and accurate handling of branch support functions, concierge-level service requests, and specialized client interactions. This role involves managing multiple teams or the entire processing unit, with a focus on enhancing service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a client-first mindset, and a deep understanding of financial services operations to drive continuous improvement and support the evolving needs of the business.
