About The Position

This role supports office operations, executive administration, and cross-departmental needs. As the Office Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all guests and facilitate secure, seamless building access for the team. You will drive operational excellence by curating an unparalleled culinary experience for HQ and meticulously overseeing facility standards through strategic partnerships with maintenance and cleaning crews. To ensure leadership success, you will provide high-level administrative support to VP leaders, masterfully managing complex calendars and end-to-end travel logistics. Your impact is further defined by your ability to execute onsite and offsite events, managing all aspects, including room setup, material logistics, budget-friendly catering, and vendor agreements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative support and/or other related experiences supporting teams
  • Demonstrates high agility in a fast-paced environment, pivoting seamlessly between shifting business priorities and evolving operational needs
  • Must have intermediate or higher mastery of the Google suite of products
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Be able to lift heavy objects (15+ lbs)
