The Office Coordinator will assemble and maintain customer files, assist Home Center team members with various business processes, and prepare correspondence. They will also interact with clients, visitors, and employees, assist customers with general questions, route phone calls, and help with office compliance and financial tasks. Proficiency in operating office machinery and specific software like Vantage, SES Pro, and My Home Service is expected.
