About The Position

As an integrated part of the department, this position provides coordination of office flow and activities. Offers support in coordinating and maintaining files and data activities in an efficient manner. Provides clerical support to the department staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Competent keyboarding skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multi-task.
  • Customer Service skills including problem resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
