About The Position

We are a fast-paced, upbeat chiropractic and progressive rehab clinic helping patients get back to doing what they love through chiropractic care, progressive rehab, and other wellness services. We are seeking someone who wants to learn quickly, take ownership, and potentially grow into bigger roles (Marketing, Operations, Rehab). If you are energetic, friendly, fun, purpose-driven, motivated, and a team player, we should talk! And because everything in our office moves quickly and there are multiple tasks to be completed, your strong phone, computer, and people skills are all vital. You’ll be involved in many areas of the practice including promotional communications, helping people, customer service, and handling finances.

Responsibilities

  • Run the front desk, scheduling, and patient flow to ensure a positive patient experience
  • Verify insurance + review financial plans with patients
  • Create a high-energy, welcoming patient experience
  • Support clinic operations, reporting, and organization
  • Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctor’s treatment plan
  • Take charge of marketing campaigns, creative content, community outreach
  • Assist with social media (photos, videos, posting content)
  • Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelines
  • Work with the rest of the team to keep the clinic clean and clutter-free
  • Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
  • Collect patient charges, control credit extended to patients, and file, collect, and expedite third-party claims
  • Maintain business office inventory
  • Other Administrative tasks
