About The Position

As the Office Assistant, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the practice. You will maintain a daily schedule and correspondence for the physician(s) and office manager and enter any changes on schedules. You will assist with the purchasing function for the office, including entering purchase orders, receiving items, and working with corporate purchasing and accounts payable on any follow-up. In this role, you will be the liaison for management to respond to routine inquiries.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of documented experience in health care or physician office environment
