About The Position
HLSR is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization that promotes agriculture by hosting an annual, family-friendly experience that educates and entertains the public, supports Texas youth, showcases Western heritage and provides year-round educational support within the community. Since its beginning in 1932, the Rodeo has committed more than $630 million to the youth of Texas and education through scholarships, educational grants, graduate assistantships, etc.
Requirements
- At least two years of customer service experience
- Excellent data entry skills
- Accustomed to a fast-paced environment
- Able to efficiently switch between multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well with staff and volunteers
- Superior customer service attributes
- Able to work in an organized manner
- Available to work a flexible schedule
- Full availability and a willingness to work flexible hours that include evenings and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Oracle experience helpful but not required
