Requirements

  • Previous Call Center experience is a big PLUS.
  • Must be professional and have excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be a team player and be able to work independently
  • Proficient using Word, Excel and email applications
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good clerical, bookkeeping, and data entry skills
  • Flexible; ability to adapt to interruptions

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, handling inquiries and routing calls efficiently.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing packages.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as high-volume filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Create and maintain accurate documents and spreadsheets using MS Word and Excel.
  • Support daily office operations by completing additional duties and special projects as assigned.
