Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and comprehend instruction.
• Basic math skills required.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to work in a computerized environment and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Oracle ERP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and convey messages or redirects calls to appropriate colleagues.
• Respond to customer requests and inquiries; communicate customer requests to the intended department.
• Process and maintain files daily; Sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Communicate outstanding A/R balances to specific customers.
• Daily communication to customers about shipped orders.
• Respond and field any customer inquiries.
• Assist in part creation, pricing, and setup.
• Understand facility purchases and assist with purchase orders.
• Schedule freight transportation for product distribution.
• Evaluate customer credit requests due to damaged product, and accurately record decisions in Smartsheet with the associated RGA.
• Work with CPG by coordinating orders outside of Oracle.
