About The Position

The receptionist is responsible for providing guests with a “World Class” first impression of the facility. The receptionist will manage and coordinate visitors to ensure they feel welcomed and special. This position will also assist the Material Manager with material planning. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience.
• Oracle experience preferred.
• Must have strong computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate guests and scheduled appointments.
• Answer the main phone line – route calls, take messages, and manage the initial communications.
• Store office supplies when delivered.
• Filing, making copies, printing / collating, and any other pertinent administrative responsibilities as assigned.
• Approve purchase requisitions.
• Release planned order lines.
• Help maintain Oracle item data.
• Manage the Take-Off list - Match truck loads received to the corresponding invoices.
• Will train to be a back-up for Accounts Payable.
• Sign for UPS & FEDEX deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned.
