Under the direction of the National Sales Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the overall retail sales, wholesale sales, accessory sales, ancillary product sales, management of dealer inventory, coordination of dealer advertising, sales promotions, and merchandising efforts of assigned dealers. Must operate within established budget guidelines. Position is intended to develop skills and knowledge for the incumbent to transition to a Field-Based Area Sales Manager position when/if a position may open.
