About The Position

This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks associated with the Fleet Services Division. Tasks include but are not limited to public interaction, database upkeep, research and analysis of issues associated with fleet functions, file upkeep, payroll assistance, commercial fueling system administration, wash system administration, purchasing and payment functions, vehicle licensing, accident tracking, and library maintenance. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of experience in office clerical work
  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Information Systems or similar discipline and experience in office clerical work
  • Valid State of Alaska Driver's License and satisfactory driving record at time of hire
  • Satisfactory background check which includes criminal, education, and employment history at time of hire
  • Ability to type at a net speed of 35 WPM
