Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in professional services operations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to build professional relationships and deliver exceptional client service.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the professional services industry and familiarity with work request applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for office operations, including mail management, office supply maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with organizing meeting and event logistical items and ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.
  • Serve as a point of contact for facility access and customer service inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Office Senior Associate to maintain office technology and furnishings.
  • Act as a local safety coordinator and first responder, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software for document creation, formatting, and reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
