The Office Associate position provides office support to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department. This position is responsible for reviewing and processing department documentation to ensure timely routing/availability to the State, other agencies and the public. Oversee records/documentation completion and communicating with officers to correct issues. Work with Deputies on accurate/timely completion of statistical documents and reports for State grant reporting criteria as well as law enforcement reporting criteria. Full-time based on 37.5 hours per week (1,950 hours annually); non-exempt. The typical hiring range for 2026 is $19.62–$21.17 per hour.
