About The Position

Provides administrative support to the Clinical Services area including the Associate and Assistant Directors; assists the Office Manager; serves as liaison between staff and clinical service operations; prepares and distributes reports, materials, and correspondence; coordinates and schedules meetings and events to include arrangements for facilities and meals; maintains and processes clinical services data and the Clinical Services manual; assists the Front Desk Coordinator with the overall reception operations which require scheduling clinical appointments, face-to-face and telephone contact with persons in crisis. This position requires flexible working hours, which may include occasional backup for evening coverage.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 years of relevant experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Certification or vocational training may be required
  • Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Experience in clinical office practices and procedures, including customer service and public relations
  • Prior experience handling confidential information
  • Ability to multi-task, re-prioritize and maintain composure in a high volume, unpredictable environment
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint
  • Experience with inputting and exporting data to/from a database

Benefits

  • The pay range for this position is $19.28 - $21.72.
  • The offer for this position will be based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
