Requirements

Accounting knowledge and experience is required.
Must be able to multi-task and be able to work in a busy work environment, dealing with interruptions daily
Above average oral and written communications with attention to detail
Excellent time management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Prior Dealership experience is preferred.
Reynolds & Reynolds is preferred
Previous dealership administrative and accounting experience is a plus, preference given to experience

Responsibilities

Post payable invoices, reconcile accounts payable statements, process checks
New and used car biller
Stock incoming new and used vehicles
Reconcile factory receivable schedules
Prepare and post daily bank deposits
Cleaning and maintaining accounting schedules
Other administrative duties as assigned
Provide administrative support to management, and other departments and employees as needed.
