Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and update filing systems both electronically and in hard copy to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for office staff and management.
  • Order and keep track of office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the team.
