About The Position

Thelen Auto Group is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join their team. This position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Accounting knowledge and previous dealership experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Process and post deals accurately in the DMS (e.g., DealerTrack)
  • Handle DMV paperwork, titles, trade payoffs, and floorplan reconciliations
  • Manage general ledger entries and cleaning schedules
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with all departments and support office staff as needed
