This is a part-time Office Assistant position responsible for coordinating ongoing office setup and furnishing, greeting visitors, managing mail and deliveries, processing receipts, maintaining inventory of office supplies, managing waste disposal, ensuring printers are functional, planning and preparing food for staff breaks and events, maintaining tidiness of reception, meeting rooms, and kitchen areas, performing cleaning tasks between scheduled professional cleanings, handling office opening and closing procedures, and undertaking other administrative duties and sundry tasks as assigned.
