Job Details: Monday- Friday : 9am-5:30pm, Saturdays when needed, 9am-2pm. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Customer service experience or the ability to interact courteously with clients, vendors, and staff.
  • Familiarity with office software like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Positive attitude and flexibility in handling changing tasks.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Dependable and trustworthy, especially when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiently speak and write English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Review and make sure the schedule is ready for the upcoming weeks.
  • Monitor accounts receivables for designated departments and escalating anything past due.
  • Accurately receiving payments via check, ACH, or credit card and closing them out on appropriate software.
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and any incoming messages on our communicating softwares. (ex. Swept and Hubspot)
  • Quoting and booking jobs and confirming appointments.
  • Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue.
  • Help bid and estimate jobs along with the sales team.
  • Order supply for commercial accounts on Swept.
  • Inventory Management
  • Assist in the front with walk-ins, employees, or supervisors.
  • Cross training will be given to carry out the work if a team-member is out for PTO, sick, etc.
