About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented, outgoing, and highly organized Office Assistant to support our Surgery unit. In this essential role, you’ll help provide key administrative support as well as assisting with patient focused work. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • No experience required but clerical or office experience is a plus
  • Strong technology, customer service, and scheduling skills preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide LOVE + MEDICINE by delivering exceptional first and last impressions for patients and families
  • Partner with providers, clinical staff, and leaders to support patient care and team success
  • Help with calendar management, meeting prep, and taking meeting minutes!
  • A variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations
