This employee will work under the general supervision of the Fleet Manager and the Shop Lead. Performs secretarial and clerical duties in support of Fleet Management staff. Coordinates with departments and Fleet staff for the scheduling of repairs. Invoices put in the Fleet Management software. Ensures accurate and complete Fleet Management records. Input fuel records and stock orders into Fleet Management software. May assist with vehicle transports and parts runs.
