About The Position

ARCO/Murray National Construction is looking for an Office Administrator to join their Nashville office. This role is for someone passionate about supporting an established team and acting as the Director of First Impression. At ARCO, every associate is empowered to drive their success.

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi task
  • Proactive mindset
  • Ability to work effectively with different personalities

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably 5-10+ years of related experience - receptionist, front desk coordinator, office admin, administrative assistant, etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for ARCO associates, guests and clients
  • Handle all incoming phone calls, incoming/outgoing mail and main admin email account
  • Responsible for maintenance of common spaces for appearance and functionality: Keep reception, conference rooms and kitchen area clean and organized daily
  • Maintain shipping accounts: UPS, FedEx, USPS Certified Mail
  • Monitor and maintain supply inventory for breakroom and office supplies
  • Circulate notices and arrange necessary repairs for office
  • Coordinate contract and price negotiations with office/supply vendors and service providers
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team for all on site interviews and campus recruiting efforts
  • Assist HR in coordinating onboarding logistics, including new hire lunches, preparing desk space for new hires and greeting new associates
  • Coordinate internal and external company events
  • Set up and coordinate the Office Calendar including trainings, events, and operational meetings
