About The Position

The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office by providing administrative support, coordinating office activities, and managing essential business processes. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, vendors, customers, and visitors while supporting organizational effectiveness through strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of administrative, office management, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple departments or leaders preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and office operations management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor services.
  • Coordinating facility maintenance and workplace readiness.
  • Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and administrative support for new employees.
  • Serve as the primary contact for office-related inquiries and facility needs.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive business and employee information.
  • Essential point person for facility security, visitor logging and access control.
  • Coordinating facility maintenance, vendor services, and workplace readiness.
  • Oversees shipping, receiving and coordination of incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Maintains sole ownership of tracking, monitoring and administering liquidated damage activity.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and conference room scheduling.
