About The Position

Staff Management Group is seeking a professional, organized, and personable Part-Time Office Administrator for their client in Bridgewater, NJ. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and provide administrative support to executive leadership. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a professional environment, is highly organized, and can confidently interact with executives, visitors, and business partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent administrative experience.
  • Previous office administration, executive support, or administrative assistant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with executive leadership, including the CEO and senior management.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the Bridgewater office to ensure it runs efficiently.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, including executives, customers, vendors, and business partners.
  • Maintain office supplies, snacks, beverages, and equipment inventory.
  • Coordinate catering for meetings and office events.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and provide administrative support to leadership.
  • Prepare and assist with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, reports, and other business documents.
  • Process expense reports and assist with travel arrangements when needed.
  • Organize company events, trade show registrations, and visitor logistics.
  • Maintain office records and filing systems (electronic and paper).
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office processes and efficiency.
  • Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
