About The Position

The office administrator manages the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This is an in-office position and will require working from the Deerfield, Illinois office 100% of the time.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) with the ability to learn new software and systems;
  • Flexibility to adapt to new tasks as company or office needs evolve.
  • High School diploma;
  • A minimum of two years of professional work experience;

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, packages, and phone calls;
  • Welcome customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests connect with the appropriate office personnel;
  • Manage schedules for conference rooms and shared community spaces;
  • Maintain inventory of office and break room supplies;
  • Process work orders and schedule repairs for general office space and equipment;
  • Provide general administrative support as needed, including coordinating meetings and events, conducting research, and preparing and updating documents to ensure smooth office operations.
