Requirements

  • No prior tax or accounting knowledge required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including phones, visitors, and creating positive first impressions.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and manage conference room logistics.
  • Draft and manage client correspondence, including welcome, engagement, and exit letters.
  • Oversee the document management system, including scanning, filing, and retrieving confidential records.
  • Coordinate the client onboarding process from beginning to end.
  • Provide support for accounts receivable and collections follow-up.
  • Assist in planning client events and appreciation initiatives.
  • Write, edit, and proofread various business documents.
