We are a full-service equipment and maintenance supplier, providing a broad range of new and used equipment to the construction industry. Tower cranes, construction hoists, scaffolding, safety fence, concrete formwork, architectural specialties along with numerous other construction necessities. Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with moderate to strong skills in Word and Excel.
- Comfortable working in a shop and office environment.
- Ability to identify issues and assist in developing logical solutions to support co-workers.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Review and submit weekly timesheets.
- Reconcile monthly fuel statements.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing activities as needed.
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional & courteous manner.
- Handle office-related purchasing and supplies.
- Perform general office administrative duties as assigned.
